Booking and Cancellation Policies
Please review the terms for each experience before you book. These policies protect your visit and help us keep every class on schedule.
Public Candle Making Classes
We want you to enjoy every minute, so please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled booking. City traffic and parking can be tricky. Because our guided classes stay on a set schedule, we cannot accept guests who arrive more than 20 minutes late.
If you are running behind, we offer one free courtesy reschedule for your booking. Need to cancel? We provide full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your class. We cannot issue refunds for same day or next day cancellations.
Pop In & Pour Sessions
Plans change, and we get it. We provide full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your planned visit. We cannot issue refunds for same day or next day cancellations, but you will have the option to reschedule your visit for another day.
Private Events and Room Rentals
We prepare heavily for our private events to ensure your group has a flawless experience. If you need to adjust your plans, please let us know and cancel as soon as possible.
We offer full refunds for private events canceled with at least 48 hours of notice. Due to the blocked space and preparation, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
