Frequently Asked Questions

Tickets are $50 per person during the weekdays and $60 per person during the weekends. This includes candle wax material, a vessel of your choice to hold the candle, a step-by-step educational session, and a guaranteed good time!

Just sit back and relax as we provide everything you need to unlock your creative side. We will provide you with everything that is needed to make your very own candle. Don’t worry, there is zero candle experience required. We are BYOB-friendly!

Our candles are a combination of soy wax and our enticing scents are curated in-house with essential oils and phthalate-free fragrances. We offer over 40 different scents for you to choose from and our candles are vegan, cruelty-free, and environmentally friendly.

We recommend on time for your scheduled booking as we understand that traffic and parking can be difficult in the area. We cannot accept guests into the class who are more than 15 minutes late; this is to ensure that they get the full candle-making experience. If you are running late, we recommend rescheduling for another time or date. We offer one rescheduling for your reservation. We offer guests full refunds for cancellations made up to 48 hours (2 days) prior to their class. For same-day or next-day cancellations, refunds will not be issued.

We are currently not taking WALK-INS and are by reservation only.

The experience will last about 1 hour and 30 mins and it takes 20+ minutes for the candle to cure. The curing time will allow the candle to set enough to travel home but if you wish to come back another day to pick up the candle we will hold it for you for 2 days.

Our candles are scented – but if you would rather have no scent at all, that’s totally okay!

We encourage you to take as many photos as you like! Feel free to snap a selfie at our selfie station or ask one of our team members for any photos!
